Job Title: Growth Manager, Enterprise (B2B)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Growth Manager (B2B) to drive enterprise revenue by acquiring and managing corporate clients.
  • You will engage HR leaders, L&D teams, and business executives to position our learning solutions for workforce development and talent upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close B2B clients (SMEs, corporates, institutions).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored proposals based on client needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Track activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or other related course.
  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of closing corporate deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Background in EdTech, HR Tech, or SaaS is a plus.
