St. Dominic Catholic Hospital is a 64 bed hospital located in Ogungbade, off New Ife road Ibadan. St Dominic Catholic Hospital is the vision of the Dominican Sisters of St Catherine of Siena (Italy). We offer various medical services such as: General medicine, internal medicine, O & G, Laboratory, and Radiology, to mention just a few. The hospital is run in collaboration with foreign partners. We are registered and licensed by the Corporate Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Health. Also, we are accredited by the NHIS as both primary and secondary healthcare providers.

Job Description

• St. Dominic Catholic Hospital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiographer to join its diagnostic team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for performing imaging procedures and producing high-quality diagnostic images to support accurate medical diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations such as X-rays and other imaging procedures.
• Ensure proper positioning of patients to obtain accurate images.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety and protection protocols.
• Review and evaluate image quality before submission to physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
Education & Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Radiography.
• Valid license from the Radiographers Registration Board.
• Current practicing license.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and imaging equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of radiation safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
