Job Title: In-Store Sales Associate

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
• Provide clear and accurate technical advice on lubricants, engine oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, and related automotive products
• Build strong product knowledge across all inventory to support effective sales
• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization within the store
• Monitor stock levels and support restocking and inventory control processes
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records where required
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on product specifications, new arrivals, and industry trends.
