Job Summary
- Halifield Schools, Lekki Branch, is seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our academic team.
- The ideal candidate will serve as a Year 5 Class Teacher while also teaching Mathematics and Science to Year 4 pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Class Teacher for Year 5, handling all subjects except English-related subjects
- Teach Mathematics and Science to Year 4 pupils
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the school curriculum
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and child development
