Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary

• As the Fleet Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all fleet operations including maintenance, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Supervise fleet officers, mechanics, electricians, and drivers to ensure operational efficiency
• Implement fleet management systems and monitor vehicle performance, costs, and fuel usage
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, vehicle documentation, and safety standards
• Develop operational plans, manage budgets, and optimize fleet utilization to reduce downtime

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in fleet management or operations roles
• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations
• Professional certification in Logistics, Transport, or Operations Management is an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Salary
N550,000 - N650,000 per month.
