Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problems, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth daily operations of company technology infrastructure.

 Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
  • Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools
  • Maintain IT documentation and service logs
  • Assist with system upgrades and deployments
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
  • Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices

Requirements
Skills:

  • Wind:ows and/or macOS operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 / Office applications
  • Basic networking
  • Active Directory
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role (1–3 years preferred)

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
