We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Integration and Testing of SDN products on Network / E2E level.
• Support of the SDN Customer Engagement activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvements of SDN Products and Processes.
• Systems Integration and Verification tasks during service delivery in the area of different technologies like GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, IMS, LTE and VoLTE, cloud incl.
• Scope identification and project coordination.
• ICT/telecom system design as per Standards TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI.
• End to end design for ELV systems like IP CCTV, Access control, PAVA.
• ICT/telecom/ELV specifications drafting, schedules and sizing calculations.
• Developing suitable network schematics and further detailing.
• BIM modelling coordination, Naviswork design review skills.

Job Duties
IT Support job duties include:

• Resolving IT support requests from employees.
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems.
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues.
• Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process.
