Bechem Ventures Limited - Our client, a fish farm and Palm oil plantation located at Isoko, Delta State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Palm Oil Plantation Manager

Location: Isoko, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the harvesting cycle for fresh fruit bunches.
• Monitoring for common threats and managing Integrated pest management.
• Overseeing harvesters, pruners and general laborers.
• Training staff on proper harvesting technique.
• Managing the transportation of fresh fruit bunches from the field to the mill.
• Enforcing occupational health and safety standard.

Skills and Qualification

• B. Sc Agriculture or hands- on experience on Palm oil plantation management.
• Ability to withstand pressure and give result.

Remuneration

• Full time Accomodation
• N150,000-N200,000 monthly gross.
