We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance and safety of all buildings systems, infrastructure, and grounds to ensure optima performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and civil systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspection, risk assessment and emergency preparedness drills.
• Implement corrective actions for identified safety risks and manage documentation for compliance audits
• Plan, coordinate and executive facility improvement and renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling and contractor management.
• Oversee civil works and structural modification, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Some physical activities, including walking and inspecting various facility areas.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 / Month Gross.
