What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, industries, and client segments
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Track performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Represent the organization at meetings, pitches, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Experience across multiple sectors (real estate, finance, consulting, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
