Job Title: Bread Marketer

Location: Oyo

Job Description

• The Bread Marketer will be responsible for the sales and distribution of company bread products to customers, retailers, and vendors.
• This role supports business growth by ensuring consistent market coverage, customer satisfaction, and timely product turnover.

Responsibilities

• Sell and distribute bread to assigned customers and territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers (shops, kiosks, distributors, etc.).
• Ensure daily sales targets are met and revenue is properly accounted for.
• Identify new customers and expand the company’s market reach.
• Monitor stock levels with customers and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collect payments and ensure no customer exceeds approved credit limits.
• Keep accurate sales and customer records.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper handling of bread to avoid damage or spoilage.
• Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales/marketing (preferably in FMCG or bread distribution) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Ibadan routes and market environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Honest, responsible, and result-oriented.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
