Job Summary

  • The company is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic leadership, executive oversight, and direction for the company’s investment banking and advisory operations.
  • The role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory, capable of driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the company as a market leader in financial advisory.
  • The Managing Director will be responsible for leading the investment banking division, overseeing deal origination and execution at a strategic level, and guiding senior teams to deliver high-value client outcomes while ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Professional Certifications: CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIS, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
  • 12–15+ years in investment banking, financial advisory, or corporate
    finance.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading high-value transactions and advisory
    mandates.
  • Experience managing senior teams, multi-disciplinary advisory functions,
    and high-stakes client engagements.
  • Strong strategic business development and client relationship expertise.
