Job Title: Client Relationship Associate

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a commercially driven Client Relationship Associate to support business development, manage client portfolios, and drive strategic partnerships across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, FMCG, and investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client and partner relationships across multiple sectors
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct client needs assessments and support proposal development
• Maintain CRM systems and commercial pipeline tracking
• Build partnerships with industry associations, institutional stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Support market research, stakeholder mapping, and strategic outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in business development, relationship management, or commercial roles
• Direct exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, agro-processing, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Strong communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM tools and structured commercial pipeline management
