Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by promoting the hotel’s services, securing bookings, and building strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing occupancy rates, attracting corporate clients, and enhancing the hotel’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
- Promote hotel rooms, conference facilities, events, and other services to individuals and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with marketing and front office teams to align sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after booking.
