Description
- The Head of Sales and Marketing is accountable for meeting sales targets, expanding distribution channels, managing key client and realtor relationships, and delivering effective marketing campaigns that promote the company’s real estate products and services.
- The role also involves market research, pricing strategy, product positioning, and performance monitoring to ensure competitiveness and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and sales channels.
- Work with management to set sales goals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Train and manage the sales team (executives, agents, and realtor partners).
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Establish a high-performance sales culture focused on results and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and corporate buyers.
- Negotiate deals and close high-profile property transactions.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Accounts teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide feedback to the marketing/media team on effective campaigns and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Legal team to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide management with regular sales reports, market insights, and growth strategies.
- Recommend product positioning, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of property sales, client interactions, and realtor collaborations.
- Develop and implement the company’s annual and quarterly marketing strategies.
- Create marketing plans for property launches, realtor onboarding campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market trends analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms (offline and online).
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Approve all marketing materials, creatives, videos, brochures, flyers, and event graphics.
- Coordinate PR activities, press releases, and media relations.
- Lead marketing campaigns for property launches, open houses, realtor events, and client engagement.
- Coordinate marketing logistics, production schedules, and promotional deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Realtor Manager, and Customer Service teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
- Supervise marketing staff (social media handlers, content creators, designers, field marketers).
- Set performance KPIs for the marketing team and track outcomes.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development for team members.
- Develop promotional materials and tools to empower realtors.
- Plan realtor engagement campaigns, incentive promotions, and brand awareness drives.
- Provide ongoing marketing support to the realtor network.
- Prepare and manage the department’s marketing budget.
- Track ROI for all marketing activities and optimize for cost-efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
