The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions from enquiry to shipment processing while ensuring operational accuracy and professionalism.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Berger - Akiode, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and respond promptly to online enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and company services.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
- Conduct proper inspection of items received and report any defects or irregularities immediately.
- Efficiently process, pack, and prepare itemswith accuracy.
- Prepare all required documents, ensuring compliance and precision.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and branch transactions.
- Ensure smooth daily operational flow at the branch level.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 0–3 years experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
