Myafrimall Logistics Limited - We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our Akiode Branch as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions from enquiry to shipment processing while ensuring operational accuracy and professionalism.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Berger - Akiode, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and respond promptly to online enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and company services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
  • Conduct proper inspection of items received and report any defects or irregularities immediately.
  • Efficiently process, pack, and prepare itemswith accuracy.
  • Prepare all required documents, ensuring compliance and precision.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and branch transactions.
  • Ensure smooth daily operational flow at the branch level.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
