We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive facility officer to oversee the day to day operations of our facilities management services to clients.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service providers, coordinating maintenance, vendors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all clients facilities.
  • Develop and grow new client base for facility management services.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance budget.
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years proven experience as a facility officer.
  • Experience managing residential areas/estate and commercial buildings.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills .
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, repairs, and maintenance.

Salary
Attractive pay; N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
