Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth shift operations and maintain service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of restaurant staff during shifts
• Ensure staff are properly positioned and performing duties effectively
• Monitor customer service delivery and resolve minor complaints
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational compliance
• Support accurate order taking and timely food delivery
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards
• Report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in QSR or restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations.
