We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Expansion Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Expansion Officer to drive outlet growth by identifying and evaluating strategic locations aligned with business demand.
• The ideal candidate will combine market intelligence, location analysis, and operational insight to support data-driven expansion decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify new outlet locations that align with the company’s business and operational needs
• Conduct location analysis including accessibility, visibility, population density, and commercial viability
• Carry out feasibility studies and site assessments for proposed locations
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to identify high-demand areas with frequent customer orders but no existing outlet presence
• Gather and analyze market data to support expansion decisions
• Liaise with real estate agents, landlords, and property owners for site acquisition
• Support negotiation processes and documentation for new locations
• Provide regular reports and updates on expansion activities and opportunities

Requirements

• Background in Estate Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Must have experience working as a Real Estate Agent or Estate Surveyor
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in property sourcing, site acquisition, or expansion
• Strong knowledge of Lagos locations and commercial property landscape
• Ability to conduct site evaluations and feasibility analysis
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
