Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO and Directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with CEO to provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy recommendations & decisions
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting as necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Oversee materials and inventory
• Hires and trains new employees.
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
• Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
