Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the institution.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting staff development, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle staff performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and school regulations
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Support leadership in organizational planning and staff management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational institution
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
