Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Promotion & Presentation:

  • Present, demonstrate, and promote company products or services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Update CRM or sales systems with relevant data.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Revenue growth
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Customer retention rate
  • Conversion rate (leads to sales).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 - 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
