Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Promotion & Presentation:
- Present, demonstrate, and promote company products or services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Update CRM or sales systems with relevant data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales targets
- Revenue growth
- Number of new clients acquired
- Customer retention rate
- Conversion rate (leads to sales).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2 - 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
