Description

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Generator / Social Media Specialist to create engaging content and manage social media accounts for client businesses and RankReform’s internal projects.
• The ideal candidate must be able to think creatively, understand audience behavior, and consistently produce content that drives engagement, growth, and visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media (posts, captions, short videos, graphics ideas).
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and schedule content calendars consistently.
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond where necessary.
• Research trends and create content that aligns with current social media patterns.
• Write compelling captions and content that attract and retain audience attention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals.
• Track performance and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Applicants must have:

• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Good writing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Ability to create or direct simple designs (Canva or similar tools)
• Creativity and consistency in content production
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
