Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Summary
- A hotel housekeeping role involves maintaining cleanliness, order, and comfort in guest rooms and public areas of a hotel. Housekeeping staff help ensure guests have a pleasant and hygienic stay.
Common housekeeping positions include:
- Room Attendant
- Housekeeper
- Laundry Attendant
- Public Area Cleaner
- Housekeeping Supervisor
- Executive Housekeeper (management level)
Typical duties include
- Cleaning and arranging guest rooms
- Changing bed linens and towels
- Replenishing toiletries and supplies
- Vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing rooms
- Cleaning hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas
- Reporting damaged items or maintenance issues
- Handling laundry and ironing in some hotels
- Responding to guest requests politely and quickly
- Following hotel hygiene and safety standards.
