Description

• Seeking an energetic Sales Representative with Suppermarket Experience to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and ensure product availability within our supermarket departments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer product questions, and provide expert recommendations to drive sales.
• Merchandising: Restock shelves, create appealing displays, and ensure products are properly rotated (FIFO) to minimize waste.
• Sales Maximization: Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote special offers and increase average transaction value.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels, handle returns, and maintain cleanliness in assigned aisles.
• Transaction Processing: Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handle payments, and manage self-service checkouts.
• Feedback & Strategy: Provide customer feedback to management regarding products and promotions.

Requirements

• OND and Degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in retail sales or as a supermarket associate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing).
• Excellent customer service.
