Management FIRST - Our client, CIVIQLI Technologies, is seeking to hire a well experienced and detailed individual for immediate employment in the capacity below:

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Abuja  (FCT)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Remote)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Technical Velocity: Ability to meet development milestones within aggressive startup timelines.
• Reliability: 100% consistency in digital availability during core hours and attendance at the non-negotiable Friday 11:00 AM WAT General Meeting.
• Code Quality: Adherence to CIVIQLI’s proprietary architecture standards and high-fidelity documentation.
• Reporting: Mandatory submission of a Weekly Technical Status Report (WTSR) detailing repository commits, schema updates, and code block documentation.

Technical Stack Requirements
The candidate must demonstrate senior-level proficiency in the following:

• Frontend: Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform mobile and web applications. Must be capable of building highly responsive, pixel-perfect UIs and complex state management.
• Backend: Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) for scalable server-side logic.
• Architecture: Experience with building/maintaining a centralized Mobile App Ecosystem.
• Database: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL environments; experience with complex data mapping and API integrations.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.

Renumeration
N250,000 gross Monthly.
