Job Title: Operational Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary 

  • An operational intern at Mootaj Global Ltd is expected to possess a can-do attitude in collaboration with an ownership mindset set at achieving the Organisational goals and Objectives.
  • These we seek in our prospective candidate.

Responsibilities

  • An operational intern typically assists with the day-to-day running of a business which spans through
  • Administrative support:This may include answering phones, responding on social media platforms, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Data entry and analysis:This may include entering data into spreadsheets, analyzing data to identify trends, and preparing reports.
  • Project management:This may include assisting with the planning and execution of projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Customer service:This may include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Inventory management:This may include tracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stockrooms.

Required skills and qualifications

  • SSCE / OND / HND  /B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field. NYSC
  • Proven mild experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Must have excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Must have a knowledge of the social media platforms
  • Possesses ability to work with Microsoft offices and
  • all operational interns should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates living at Iyana Ipaja, Mangoro, Cement, Egbeda, Dopemu, Agege, Ikeja, Oshodi and its environ are encouraged to apply.
