We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Real Estate Experience)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training, and HR administration.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to support business objectives through effective people management and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage performance appraisal and staff development processes.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate staff training and capacity development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support management with strategic HR planning and workforce management.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff welfare activities.
  • Support initiatives that improve staff productivity and contribute to sales growth within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years HR experience.
  • Must have prior work experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and drive sales performance through effective people management strategies.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
