Palmpay Limited - Flexi Microfinance Bank (Flexi MFB) is a subsidiary of PalmPay, supporting financial services and operational expansion across Nigeria. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Field Verification Officers to support our SME operations by verifying customer and merchant information in the field.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Verification Officer

Location: Ekiti
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The Field Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting on-site verification of merchants and loan applicants, confirming business locations, and ensuring accuracy of information provided during the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical visits to verify merchant and customer locations
• Confirm authenticity of business operations and provided information
• Document findings and submit accurate verification reports
• Support loan processing by ensuring verification timelines are met
• Escalate discrepancies or suspicious findings.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc
• Must reside in Ekiti
• Must be willing to work in the field
• Good communication and observation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and submit accurate reports.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
