We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Oshogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Radio Broadcasting / Media
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
- Oversee staff performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Administrative Functions:
- Supervise daily administrative operations of the radio station.
- Manage office facilities, assets, vendors, and support services.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and operational resources.
- Coordinate internal communication and administrative reporting.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, and general office management activities.
Accounting & Finance Support:
- Assist in budgeting, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost control measures.
- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, ACA, ACCA, or ICAN will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years’ relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, administration, and accounting processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced media/broadcast environment.
