Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, optimizing service processes, and leveraging CRM systems to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions across multiple channels and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer journeys, manage data, and improve engagement strategies
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve customer experience processes
  • Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer experience, customer service, or CRM-focused roles
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
