Description
- The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- The role leverages digital channels, data analytics, and creative content to achieve business objectives and enhance the organization’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage online campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Content & Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Increase audience engagement and grow online communities.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Advertising:
- Optimize website and content for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Manage paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads).
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and decision-making.
Website & CRM Management:
- Update and manage website content to ensure relevance and usability.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Support email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
Market Research & Trends:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing tools and best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Website traffic and engagement rates
- Conversion rates and lead generation
- Return on Investment (ROI) on campaigns
- Social media growth and engagement
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
