Mission / Purpose of the Job
- The Associate Consultant – TBS plays a critical role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning and leadership development interventions. The role is focused on the following:
- Translating business and leadership concepts into practical, context-driven learning experiences that strengthen individual capability, enhance team performance, and drive organizational outcomes.
- The Associate Consultant will work closely with the firm’s leadership, faculty, and clients to support end-to-end program execution; from learning needs analysis and content development to facilitation support and post-program evaluation, to ensure high standards of quality, relevance, and participant engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Learning Design & Content Development:
- Develop training curricula, learning materials, and facilitation guides aligned to client needs
- Translate business concepts into structured, practical, and engaging learning content (slides, case studies, class exercises, etc.)
- Conduct research on leadership, business, and industry trends to inform program design
- Ensure all learning materials meet R&A’s quality and professional standards
Learning Needs Analysis (TNA) & Insights:
- Conduct training needs analysis through data gathering, stakeholder engagement, and in-depth analysis
- Synthesize insights from assessments, surveys, and interviews to inform program focus areas
- Contribute to the development of learning recommendations aligned to business objectives
Program Delivery & Facilitation Support:
- Provide facilitation support during training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs
- Drive participant engagement through effective coordination, communication, and in-session support
- Manage logistics and ensure seamless execution of learning interventions
- Adapt delivery support based on participant dynamics and facilitator requirements
Program Coordination & Execution:
- Coordinate all program activities (from end-to-end) including but not limited to scheduling, participant communication, material preparation, etc.
- Track program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Support the administration of assessments, feedback tools, and learning evaluations
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze participant feedback and performance data
- Support the development of post-program reports, insights, and recommendations
- Track learning outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of programs
Business Development & Practice Support:
- Support the development of proposals, concept notes, and client presentations for learning and development engagements
- Contribute to the articulation of solutions that align with client business challenges and strategic priorities
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform solution design and strengthen proposal quality
- Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and support relationship continuity
- Support the development of thought leadership content (articles, insights, learning frameworks) to position TBS in the market
Job Specifications: Minimum & Preferred Requirements
Education / Business Degree:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related course of study
- Relevant certification in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related disciplines is an added advantage
Work Experience:
- Between 5-7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR Consulting, Organizational Development, or related areas
- Prior experience in a consulting environment or structured corporate setting is preferred
- Demonstrated exposure to training coordination, content development, facilitation support, or client-facing roles
