We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Abuja
Job type:  Full-time

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of OND / HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management or related field

Work Experience:

• 5-10 years relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical services; experience in a school is an added advantage. 

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of:
• Electrical systems and wiring
• Plumbing systems
• HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
• Basic carpentry and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix faults efficiently
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Key Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
