We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bids, Sales & Contract Associate

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Bids & Proposal Management:

  • Prepare, develop, and submit high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals
  • Review tender documents and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate all supporting documentation for bid submissions.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in sales activities and client engagement processes
  • Prepare quotations, pricing schedules, and sales proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and opportunities

Contract Administration:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and service agreements
  • Ensure contract terms align with company policies and financial guidelines
  • Monitor contract execution and compliance.

Financial & Accounting Support:

  • Conduct cost analysis and pricing evaluation for bids
  • Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data used in proposals and contracts.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain proper records of bids, contracts, and sales activities
  • Prepare periodic reports on bid performance and contract status

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 2–5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of costing, pricing, and financial analysis
  • Experience in bids, procurement, sales support, or contract management is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
