Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• A Construction Project Manageroversees all phases of a building project, from planning to completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• This role involves managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, as well as handling day-to-day logistics, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and procurement.
• Key responsibilities include creating project schedules, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring all work adheres to building codes and regulations.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, create detailed schedules, and obtain necessary permits and regulations.
• Create and manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast future spending.
• Manage subcontractors, employees, and other specialists. Delegate tasks and oversee their work.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
• Manage supplies, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets the project's specifications and quality control plan.
• Implement and enforce safety precautions, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

Requirements

• Structural / construction engineer background
• Technical knowledge of construction processes.
• 7 years’ experience on the job.

What We Offer

• Salary: N4500,00 - N500,000 per month.
