Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events to expand the client base.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement growth plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a key point of contact.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Develop tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and strategies are aligned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Communication: Strong networking, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan long-term business growth and analyze market data.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software.
