Job Title: Sales Administration Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Administration Officer to support sales operations and inventory management processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate posting of sales transactions.
- Verify inventory release numbers against invoices.
- Capture serial and lot numbers for outgoing stock.
- Provide real-time stock balance updates to management.
- Manage backend “Get a Quote” website inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and process sales orders/invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience using Sage ERP is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite.
