Job Title: Customer Sales Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and goal-driven Sales Associate to join our team atLekki.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting products and services, driving SIM card sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers professionally and efficiently.
• Drive SIM card sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Process SIM vending and assist customers with inquiries and activation requests.
• Promote and market the company’s products and services to customers.
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of OND qualification or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and sales abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Applicants must reside within the Lekki axis or nearby locations.

• Salary: N120,000 - N150,000 per month + N500 commission on each SIM sale.
