Job Title: Basic Science Teacher
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Basic Science lessons in line with curriculum standards.
- Foster students’ interest in scientific concepts through practical and interactive teaching methods.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
- Prepare students for WAEC, BECE, and internal examinations.
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
- Support students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Basic Science, Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification may be required.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- TRCN certification is an added advantage.
