Job Title: Manufacturing Site Operations Manager

Location: Kobape, Abeokuta - Ogun

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Building blocks and concrete products Manufacturing Site Operations Manager. (Knowledge of demand and supply management is a plus).
• The ideal candidate will oversee daily plant operations, ensure efficient production planning, manage raw material supply, and align output with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the site
• Plan production schedules based on demand forecasts
• Monitor and control supply of raw materials and inventory levels
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and cost efficiency
• Supervise site staff and coordinate logistics for timely delivery
• Analyse demand trends to optimise production and minimise waste

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Business management/Demand and Supply with 0-3years experience.
• Experience in block/concrete manufacturing or similar industry preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Knowledge of using business management software.
• Good leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
