Job Description

• Idyllic Technologies is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the company’s growth by driving online visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that convert audiences into customers while improving overall business performance.
• We are seeking someone who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and understands how to leverage digital channels to achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth
• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversions and return on investment
• Create and coordinate compelling marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital channels
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Improve customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-backed marketing initiatives
• Manage the company’s online presence and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms
• Track KPIs such as engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business and sales objectives
• Generate reports and insights to guide strategic marketing decisions

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns effectively
• Experience working with tech, renewable energy, or fast-growing brands is an added advantage.
