SOBIC and Company is a rapidly expanding, opportunity-creating,and customer-focused micro finance institution (MFI) Nigeria. Amember of the Association of Non- Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN), The company registrered in July, 2008 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with head office located at Ibadan having several branches across the states.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Conducting Market Research: Researching target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Developing Marketing Strategies: Planning and defining long-term marketing goals and brand positioning.
• Managing Budgets and ROI: Allocating resources and calculating the Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
• Building Brand Identity: Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
• Generating Leads and Sales Support: Developing strategies for customer acquisition and providing sales teams with necessary marketing collateral.
• Analyzing Campaign Performance: Using data analytics to monitor metrics, refine campaigns, and improve performance.
• Managing Customer Relationships: Listening to customer feedback and building brand loyalty.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
