Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Shagamu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our facility in Shagamu.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are consistently maintained for optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations across the facility
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related faults
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Manage maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Lead and guide maintenance staff to achieve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Relevant technical certification or degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Remuneration

• Salary N100,000 monthly.
• There is accommodation
