Job Role
- We are looking for someone who can bring properties to life through video, storytelling, and a bit of creative magic.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and produce high-quality property videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content
- Capture aerial (drone) footage of estates, land, and developments
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to attract buyers
- Edit videos (cuts, transitions, color grading, captions, background music)
- Develop content ideas that showcase property value, location benefits, and lifestyle appeal
- Cover site events, inspections, and client allocations
- Manage and organize media assets (videos, photos, reels)
What You Bring
- An OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Strong portfolio in real estate or lifestyle content (very important)
- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience operating drones (plus if licensed or experienced)
- Creative storytelling skills (turning land/property into attractive content)
- Understanding of social media trends and marketing
- Ability to work on-site when needed (estate visits, inspections).
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
