About the role

  • The Sales Co-Ordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
  • This role is key in maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and assisting in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing accounts, inquiries, and client requests
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events with clients
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries professionally
  • Track sales performance reports and prepare weekly/monthly updates
  • Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Events, Reservations) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales or administrative support (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera} is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
