Job Title: Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s cleaning services to individuals, homes, offices, schools, hotels, and corporate organizations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field marketing, referrals, networking, and digital outreach
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and service demonstrations where necessary
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active customer pipeline
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly marketing reports
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support social media and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
