We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Frontend Team Lead

Location: Ikeja / Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and strategy of the frontend team.
• Participate in product design and development of new features.
• Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
• Review and provide feedback on code and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.

Requirements and skills

• Experience in providing technical guidance to a team.
• Highly proficient with JavaScript frameworks.
• Passion for coding interactive user experiences.
• Comfortable with Git.
• Bonus: Experience in team building and leadership.
• Bonus: Familiarity with NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, SEO principles, web accessibility.
• Bonus: Experience with remote working.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
