We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Inventory Officer will be responsible for monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, conducting stock counts, and preventing stock losses.
• The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock received and issued.
• Work closely with store and warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
• Monitor expiry dates and damaged products.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in inventory or storekeeping is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
