FLOCITI Gold Resources Ltd was incorporated as a licensed limited liability company in 2021 to provide financial solutions to Entrepreneurs, SMEs & Business owners. The company started informally in June 2021 but formally commenced business operations in January 2022. The Company has since witnessed steady growth to become a valuable Company to watch out for in the finance space in West Africa; creating wealth and providing solutions to barriers in financing for Small & Medium Scale Enterprises/Business Owners.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recovery Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue loans and outstanding payments.
• Engage clients professionally to ensure prompt repayment.
• Negotiate repayment plans where necessary.
• Prepare recovery reports and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company recovery procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Previous experience in loan recovery or collections is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
